It premiered at Vancity theatre as a part of a BC Civil Liberties Association event, and it also played at the Carnegie Centre. Most Livable City will start the festival circuit; it was submitted to the Amnesty International Film Festival, DOXA and Vancouver Short Film Festival. |
Seva

Pay as You Drive

A film by: Farnoush Barza, Kam Leung, Cliff Caparani "Driving insurance should operate like cell phone plans. Drive less, pay less." The pay-as you drive system is a municipal campaign (launched by director Cliff Caprani) that aims to get BCIC to implement a pay-as-you-drive insurance rates as an incentive to reduce car usage.
